Atlantech’s Type II SOC 2 audit report examines the design and operational effectiveness of controls over data center services. More specifically, the audit is meant to provide reasonable assurance that Atlantech’s service commitments and system requirements were achieved based on the trust services criteria relevant to security and availability.
The report is current and covers the audit period of March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025. Our most recent audit was conducted in February 2025 and our report was released April 2025.
Atlantech Online’s facilities are currently Type II SOC 2 audited. SOC 2 is a widely recognized audit standards maintained by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
The SOC 2 audit report allows a service organization to provide independent third-party verification regarding the state of internal controls that govern the services provided to its user organizations.
A Type I report describes the service organization’s description of controls at a specific point in time, focusing on the design of the controls. The more robust Type II report focuses on the suitability of design and operating effectiveness of controls over a wider period of time.
